This is a redevelopment proposal for the owner of Dykes Lumber and Weehawken Township to turn this commer- cial site into a residential development and a gateway to Hoboken. The project will include two residential tow- ers with a parking facility at its base and large amenity deck on top orf the deck. There are two residential tow- ers with 500 residential units and parking for 400 cars.
